I am Justin.  I am a small business attorney and consultant. I teach people how to start a business. 

Several years ago I had a dream of starting my own business. I saw a need and I knew I could open a business to meet that need. People called me crazy. People told me it was impossible. People told me it wouldn't work. People told me I needed more experience first. You know what I did? I ignored them, and I went for it instead. 

It wasn't easy. I had to work my tail off, and I had plenty of setbacks along the way. But I figured it out, and all those people were wrong. I started my law practice advising small businesses right out of law school. I did it all myself. I then took what I learned building it and expanded to consulting businesses on all aspects of starting and running a business.

 

One of the main reasons it wasn't easy is because it seems like people are trying to keep all the knowledge on how to start and run a business a secret. 

I had a business degree in accounting, a past working in economic development, and even helped write business regulations at one point. Still I spent a ridiculous amount of hours researching and learning how to grow a business. All the information is scattered and hidden.

 

So I am here to share those secrets with you. I am bringing all that I learned here to empower you to start and run a successful business. 

 

By trade I am a small business lawyer and consultant. I have an accounting degree and a law degree. I have started my own successful small business, and I have been a guide to hundreds of small businesses and startups. I am now giving you all of the knowledge and tools that I have gained through hundreds of thousands of dollars of education, a heck of a lot of trial and error, and a lot of stupid mistakes that have cost me hundreds of hours of my time. I am doing it because I believe owning your own means of income is one of the most freeing and rewarding things in this life and I want to help as many people as possible accomplish that.
