No, I didn’t stutter…
Actually, this morning I wanted to cover one way to make your blog more viral within the blogosphere. More specifically, I wanted to cover making new blog friends and how it can benefit your blog. I know I’ve covered some points in this area before, but it’s important.
It really is. Not just to become a recognized authority in your field or niche, but because it really can help the viral saturation of your content and your blog online. If you make friends with similar or associated blogs and become an active member of their community, it’s very likely that they’ll become an active member of yours. Is this always a fact? Not a chance.
But if you get really active within the blogosphere and become a recognized and loyal fan of a particular blog, it’s very likely that blogger will return the favor. Creating more content, more activity within your site, and maybe even some more inbound links.
It might not even stop there. Because that blogger likely has some friends too. In turn, some of those friends might find your site interesting based on content posted on their buddy’s blog and become yet another loyal patron of your website.
So let’s keep this short and sweet. Get out there and get noticed. Make some friends and get active on some other blogs outside of your own.
